Greenwood Connections provides Assisted Living in its Woodside Manor apartment complex. This special senior housing is located amongst the pine trees along the east side of of our facility.

Our licensed and certified nursing and therapy team can provide nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help you recooperate and rehibilitate. Our unit features private rooms with bathrooms and showers.

Green Pine Acres provides out-patient physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Registered and certified therapists provide you with the care and support that you will need to reach your goals, help you to improve your functions or return you to your previous activities.
