Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
Our TCU features private rooms with private bathrooms and showers. There is an easy access to therapy which is located in the TCU.

- Post-orthopedic surgery
- Post-cerebrovascular accident (stroke)

- Chronic pain
- Complex wound care

Skilled Nursing
Greenwood Connections provides Skilled Nursing through Green Pine Acres. We ensure high-quality care for our residents in this 65 bed Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
Assisted Living
Greenwood Connections provides Assisted Living in its Woodside Manor apartment complex. This special senior housing is located amongst the pine trees along the east side of our facility.
Outpatient Therapy
Green Pine Acres provides out-patient, occupational, and speech therapy services. Registered and certified therapists provide you with the care and support that you will need to reach your goals, help you to improve your functions or return you to your previous activities.
